Our refund and returns policy span a 30-day timeframe from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, any request for a refund or exchange cannot be accommodated.
To facilitate a return, a valid receipt or irrefutable proof of purchase is obligatory. The item must be unused and maintained in its original condition. For products featuring magnets (mag strap wristlet and mag strap mini), returns necessitate a padded envelope with secure closure and encased in bubble wrap.
Submission of tracking information is mandatory and should be directed to support@lavieatrac.com upon shipping your return. Failure to meet these criteria, including items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not attributable to our error, will render the return ineligible.
Refunds, contingent upon approval after inspection, will be processed promptly. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, typically within 5 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For delayed or absent refunds, the onus is on the customer to first check their bank account and contact their credit card company. If the issue persists, contact your bank or reach out to us at support@lavieatrac.com.
Exchanges are exclusively granted for defective or damaged items. Requests for the same item must be communicated via email to support@lavieatrac.com, with the item sent to Kat LLC, 15686 150th Avenue, Hanska, MN 56041.
LaVieatrac firmly stipulates that once a product has been opened and used, a refund or exchange cannot be entertained unless the product is proven to be faulty or defective. Returns for damaged or defective goods must be initiated within a strict 30-day window from the date of purchase. The costs associated with returning items to LaVieatrac are unequivocally the responsibility of the customer.
For items marked as gifts, refunds will be issued in the form of a gift credit. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Considering the use of a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is advisable, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
